SISTEM BAGI HASIL DI BMD SYARIAH MADIUN DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

Abstract

The focus of writing this article is related to the problems of the profitsharing system in BMD Syariah Madiun as well as the Islamic Economic perspective in looking at this system. This article has a qualitative approach with case studies as the type. The results of the research state that the implementation of the profitsharing system at the Kendal branch of BMD Syariah, even though there is a shift in the contract, is still a form of financing between BMD Syariah and members (mudharib) in the distribution of portions (nisbah) which must be agreed upon by both parties. In this case, it reflects the values ??of justice, and there are no clauses that are detrimental to business partners (mudharib). Agreement (aqad) is the most basic thing in the profitsharing system. From a Sharia economic perspective, the profitsharing system at BMD Syariah is clear and does not contain problems because there is an agreement between BMD Syariah (shahibul mall) and members (mudharib) in the financing process.
